Happy Friday everyone! As you read this I am in Nashville, Tennesse for the Belmont University Transfer Student Orientation. Since Belmont is a very notable school for their music business program I decided that this week my top five will be all Belmont University alumni! Enjoy!!

 

Crushin’ It: Brad Paisley

This song is a fun song that makes you want to roll the car windows down and sing at the top of your lungs! Fun fact about Brad Paisley while attending Belmont, Brad studied under the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers scholarship

 

XXX’s and OOO’s (An American Girl): Trisha Yearwood

This is a very “all American girl” song that makes me think back to my childhood.  Trisha was a business administration major while attending Belmont University.

 

Losing Sleep: Chris Young

This song is just an overall fun and upbeat song! Chris actually dropped out of college to pursue music!

 

Love You Like That: Canaan Smith

This song, in general, is just fun to sing and will for sure get stuck in your head for a while. Canaan moved from Virginia to Nashville to attend Belmont as well as continue to grow and expand his music career.

 

I’ll Think Of A Reason Later: Lee Ann Womack

This song is a very let go song. Very carefree and relaxed as well. Lee Ann Womack attended Belmont University as a Music Business major.
